Step-by-step connection guide

  1. Create API integration in Magento Admin

    Create a dedicated integration user and generate a REST API token.

  2. Grant minimum required scopes

    Allow read access for orders, order items, invoices, credit memos, catalog products, and inventory endpoints.

  3. Paste base URL + token in dashboard

    Use the store connection screen to validate credentials and start the first sync run.

  4. Review sync health and insights

    Once sync completes, open KPI, insights, and payment health modules.
